Delivery
We are committed to offering the best service available. Every effort will be made to inform you should you order a product with an extended delivery time. Extended delivery times quoted should only be regarded as approximate and should not be deemed as definitive.

Should you order stock items that are out of stock, we will inform you of the soonest possible delivery date.

Returns
All items ordered from Nova Polymers are deemed to be specifically ordered and Nova Polymers cannot accept returns due to non-quality issues. For orders where there has been damage due to faulty workmanship or delivery, Nova Polymers agrees to either replace or mend. Nova Polymers reserves the right to choose the most efficient method. Should you receive faulty items, please notify Nova Polymers Europe via e-mail, fax or in writing, as proof of fault will be required.

Cancellations
Nova Polymers will not accept cancellations on items manufactured to order, or on extended deliveries, as by definition extended delivery implies manufacture to order.

On stock items, cancellations will be accepted up to 24 hours prior to despatch. To cancel an order, please either e-mail, fax or write to Nova Polymers, as proof of cancellation will be required.

Complaints
As a policy, Nova Polymers expects customers to notify Nova Polymers in writing of any shortages or damages within 5 working days. Notification outside that date will exonerate Nova Polymers from any liability.

It is a requirement that any damage caused by a delivery MUST be signed on the courier's delivery note indicating that damage has occurred. Nova Polymers cannot accept liability for any damage caused by shipping if this requirement is not met.

Terms and Conditions of Sale

General
1.  The 'Company' means Nova Polymers Limited. The 'Purchaser' means the person, persons or company whose order is accepted by the Company. The 'Recipient' means the person, persons or company who receives goods from by the Company as directed by the Purchaser.

Price
2. All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT at the current rate. VAT will be shown separately. VAT receipts will be sent automatically on receipt of despatch of goods.

Ordering
3. As soon as an order is placed, the Purchaser is deemed to have agreed to, and is bound by, the terms and conditions herein described by the Company.
 
Delivery
4. The Company will use their reasonable endeavours to deliver goods promptly but accept no liability for delay in delivery for any cause.

Statutory Rights
5. Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions of Sale affects or will affect the statutory rights of the Purchaser or the Recipient in relation to the quality, fitness or description of the goods supplied.

Law
6. Any dispute to be governed by Scottish Law.
